elecwindow will afford both the shipping cost when the quality problems occurs within 30 days from the day you get it. elecwindow will afford the shipping cost for sending the product back to you when the quality problems occurs within 90 days from the day you get it. The warranty on the accessories is 30 days.
30 Days Money Back In the first 30 days after you receive the item, please keep the item in good condition without any appearance damages. You can get the refund only when the quality problems occurs within 30 days from the day you get it. While you can just get the refund for the product, and you have to share the shipping cost and taxes back to us.
